Scope of warranty
JP Bikes GmbH offers a 10-year warranty on titanium frames and a 5-year warranty on titanium spare parts against defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It only covers defects that occur under normal use and proper care.Warranty claim and conditions
To claim the warranty, the original purchase receipt (invoice) is required. The customer must provide proof that the defect occurred within the warranty period. Without proof of purchase, the warranty claim is void.Warranty services for titanium frames
First 7 years: In the event of a justified warranty claim, JP Bikes GmbH will, at its sole discretion, either repair the frame or replace it with an equivalent or comparable frame.
Years 8 to 10: If a material or workmanship defect occurs in the frame within this period, JP Bikes GmbH will provide the customer with a new frame at a 50% discount on the regular purchase price.
Exception: Dirt frames, which have a 4-year warranty. Year 5: If a material or workmanship defect occurs in the frame within this period, JP Bikes GmbH will provide the customer with a new frame at a 50% discount on the regular purchase price.
Warranty services for Titan spare parts
The warranty on Titan spare parts is five years. Within this period, defects will be remedied by repair or free replacement of the affected part, provided the warranty claim is valid.Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage, defects or faults caused by:improper use or treatment,
normal wear and tear
Changes or modifications to the product
external influences such as accidents, impacts, improper maintenance, moisture, extreme temperatures or chemical influences
commercial or industrial use, provided that the product is intended for private use only.

The guarantee is a voluntary service provided by JP Bikes GmbH and does not affect the customer's statutory warranty rights, which exist independently of the guarantee and can be claimed additionally.Warranty claim process
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer should contact JP Bikes GmbH at the specified contact address and describe the defect in detail. The product must be securely packaged and sent to the specified address. Shipping costs to JP Bikes GmbH are borne by the customer; return shipping costs are covered by JP Bikes GmbH under the warranty.Limitation of liability
JP Bikes GmbH's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of JP Bikes GmbH.
